If you are interested in becoming a member, please download the membership form from the link below at bottom of page, then email form to dvabpsiorg@gmail.com or mail to our mailing address.

Please submit dues online using the box below. If paying online, your membership dues include the processing fees added by Stripe and Donor box. See the membership rates and fees below:

Professional: $53

Elder:$16

Associate and Affiliate: $42

Student: $21

Lifetime: $840

If you don't want these fees to be applied, feel free to mail us a check for your membership.

Membership fees are due January 1st for all members, but new members can join at anytime.
