What's On the Menu?

The brunch foods will be served from 11:50 am to 1:30 pm, with dessert from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. This year's menu includes:

  • Fresh fruit and yogurt with berries
  • Incredible made-to-order omelette station
  • Bacon & hash browns
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Assorted pastries
  • Tilapia encrusted with parmesean and panko
  • Boneless breast of chicken
  • Grilled seasonal vegetables
  • Challah bread french toast with real maple syrup
  • Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Coffee and hot tea
  • Dessert: Made-to-order Belgian waffles with vanilla or chocolate ice cream

About this Fundraiser

The Delaware Valley Association of Black Psychologists (DVABPsi) is a volunteer, non-profit service organization dedicated to addressing mental health challenges as they pertain to the welfare and advancement of African American people. The Jazz Brunch and Cultural Bazaar is DVABPsi's main fundraiser and allows the organization to sponsor educational programs, student scholarships, and uplifting community activities throughout the year.
